Initiator LLC provides life coaching services, resources, and information related to personal development and growth.

• Coaching services are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice.

• Results from coaching services may vary and are not guaranteed.
   

9. Payment and Refunds

9.1 Payments​

 

• Full payment is required at the time of booking for individual sessions.

• For coaching packages, a 50% deposit is due at booking, with the remainder due before the first session.

• All payments are processed securely through PayPal.

9.2 Cancellations

​

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled session can be rescheduled without penalty.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of a scheduled session will be charged the full session fee.

• We understand that emergencies happen. In case of genuine emergencies, we may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion.

9.3 Rescheduling

 

• You may reschedule a session once without penalty if done more than 48 hours in advance.

• Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the session may be subject to a rescheduling fee of 50% of the session cost.

9.4 Refunds

 

• Individual sessions are non-refundable once completed.

 

• For coaching packages:
   

  • Full refund available if cancelled within 24 hours of purchase and before any sessions occur.

  • After 24 hours or after the first session (whichever comes first), unused sessions may be refunded minus a 20% administrative fee.

 

• Digital products are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

We strive to provide high-quality coaching services and want you to be satisfied with your experience. If you have any concerns, please contact us immediately so we can address them.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Website.
